Start of project application for students by filling and returning the application form (select top favorite projects). All who applied by that phase (end: May 31st) will have the best chance to get their highest ranked projects.

Second infosession for students: Application process, projects, and company partners.

Final application deadline. Final teambuilding matching. All projects who have a team are fixed. Others are not part of PRAXIS Summer Camp 2025.

FInal confirmations of the students being part of PSC.

Project teams will be announced to companies.

A first team meeting with the companies has taken place. The student team will nominate a project speaker for communication with the company, organizes a first appointment and discuss about intro presentation. The company presented the project in detail and discussed the project management with the students team (detailed onboarding).

Deadline for sending in the Kick-off presentation slides.
From August 4th after kick-off to August 21st, 2025
Individual project work in the teams and two mandatory coaching sessions in the first week and third week with coaches (scientific staff) during the three weeks. Voluntary coaching sessions or small thematic workshops on request.
Goal: Development of the project and final presentation of the results in coordination with the company. A detailed presentation in the company one to two days before the final event.

On August 7th and 14th we offer two social after work events (voluntary)
August 22nd, 2025, 10:00am – 4:00pm
Final rehearsal and final presentations of results by all student teams to all companies and interested audiences followed by a social gathering and networking event.
