Start of project spplication for students by filling and returning the application form (select top favorite projects). All who applied by that phase (end: May 20th) will have the best chance to get their highest ranked projects. Soon the application link is available here.

First Announcement of team composition if teams are complete.

Last application phase for students to return application form (only for open projects – end: June 2nd). The application link for remaining seats is available here on that date.

Team building finished. All projects who have a team are fixed. Others are not part of PRAXIS Summer Camp 2024.

Project teams will be announced to companies.
by July 5th, 2024:
A first team meeting with the companies has taken place. The student team will nominate a project speaker for communication with the company, organizes a first appointment and discuss about intro presentation. The company presented the project in detail and discussed the project management with the students team (detailed onboarding).
by July 18th, 2024:
Students have met with their coaches and work on the intro presentation for the kick-off event. The presentation should briefly introduce the company, the student team, the project task, the intended project goal, as well as initial ideas for problem solving and possible methods that could be of use.

Joint kick-off event for all teams and companies.
Greetings, introduction, presentations and networking time during breakfast and coffee breaks – everyone gets to know each other !

From July 29th after kick-off to August 15th, 2024
Individual project work in the teams and two mandatory coaching sessions with scientific staff during the three weeks. Voluntary coaching sessions or small thematic workshops on request.
Goal: Development of the project and final presentation of the results in coordination with the company. A detailed presentation in the company one to two days before the final event.
In week 2 we offer up to three social after work events (will be announced on time)
August 16th , 2024, 9:00am – 4:30 pm
Final presentations of results by all student teams to all companies and interested audiences followed by a social gathering and networking event.
