Based on Manual I and II, the partners developed a training module during a transnational training activity. The training module focuses on the aspects of benefits for the individual of VPL and introduces the role of transitions and biographical perspectives and approaches in the validation process and the role of employers.
This product has the aim to translate and transfer outcomes of Manual I and Manual II into a training module by also considering international good practice examples of VPL methodologies. Hence it is based on secondary analysis, survey and interview data, case studies and innovative training methods. The target group of the training module are VPL practitioners.
