Thema dieses Berichts soll das Spannungsfeld sein, welches sich zwischen Heterogenität und Homogenität erstreckt.

Schulen sind Institutionen, die sich durch eine starke Heterogenität auszeichnen. In einer einzigen Klasse lassen sich die unterschiedlichsten Personen und Persönlichkeiten entdecken. Dennoch entsteht auch in diesen Gruppen Homogenität. Einzelne Personen kommen zusammen und formen Sub-Gruppen mit identischen Interessen. Gerade weil eine Gruppe sehr heterogen ist sucht man Gleichgesinnte um eine Art Basis oder Rückhalt zu schaffen. Gleichzeitig ist die gesamte Klasse homogen, da sie den selben Unterricht erhält und sich die Personen überwiegend im selben Alter befinden. Ebenso kann die Klasse aufgeteilt werden, was gleichzeitig die Heterogenität insgesamt und die Homogenität in den neu entstandenen Gruppen erhöht. In jeder dieser Gruppen lässt sich ein Maßstab anlegen, anhand dessen die Personen und somit der Grad der Homogenität bewertet werden kann. Somit ist die Bewertung der Homogenität und Heterogenität sozial konstruiert und situationsabhängig.

Auch an der von mir besuchten Schule wurden besondere Gruppen für lernschwache oder lernstarke SuS eröffnet. So wurden kleinere Gruppen erschaffen in denen die jeweiligen SuS weitestgehend unter sich waren. Allerdings wurde diesen Personen dadurch ein bestimmter Stempel aufgedrückt, wie etwa der des „Strebers“.

In einem zukünftigen Praktikum ließe sich die Bildung der einzelnen Sub-Gruppen innerhalb einer Klasse beobachten. Dabei könnte besonderes Augenmerk auf das gegenseitige Verhalten der SuS gelegt werden. Koexistieren diese Gruppen in Harmonie oder kommt es zu Konflikten? Werden einige SuS durch die Lehrkraft benachteiligt oder besonders beachtet? Kommt es zu einer Art Bündnisbildung zwischen Lehrkraft und SuS?
