Es unterst\u00fctzt insbesondere Teams dabei, Aufgaben gemeinsam zu planen, Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten zu koordinieren und den Arbeitsfortschritt transparent nachvollziehbar zu machen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus eignet sich Wekan auch f\u00fcr die pers\u00f6nliche Arbeitsorganisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aufgaben werden als Karten auf einem digitalen Board dargestellt und je nach Bearbeitungsstand zwischen verschiedenen Spalten verschoben, beispielsweise von \u201ezu erledigen\u201c \u00fcber \u201ein Bearbeitung\u201c bis \u201eerledigt\u201c. So ist jederzeit auf einen Blick erkennbar, welche Aufgaben noch offen sind, woran aktuell gearbeitet wird und was bereits abgeschlossen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Kanban-Methode entstand in den 1950er-Jahren im Toyota Production System. Ziel war es, Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe transparenter zu gestalten und Materialien beziehungsweise Aufgaben genau dann bereitzustellen, wenn sie ben\u00f6tigt werden (Sugimori 2003). Heute wird das Prinzip weit \u00fcber die Industrie hinaus genutzt, auch im Lehr- und Lernalltag an Hochschulen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wof\u00fcr kann Wekan in der Lehre genutzt werden?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wekan eignet sich f\u00fcr zahlreiche Anwendungsf\u00e4lle im Lehr- und Lernalltag. Damit Personen zu einem Board eingeladen werden k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen sie sich zuvor mindestens einmal bei Wekan angemeldet haben. Teammitglieder k\u00f6nnen Karten per Drag &amp; Drop zwischen Spalten verschieben. Dadurch ist jederzeit sichtbar, welche Aufgaben offen sind, woran aktuell gearbeitet wird und was bereits erledigt wurde. Die Spalten k\u00f6nnen individuell benannt werden und k\u00f6nnen auch anderen Logiken als dem strukturierten Prozessablauf folgen. Bei der Nutzung von Swimlanes gelten die Spaltentitel jeweils f\u00fcr alle Swimlanes eines Boards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aufgaben (Karten) lassen sich zudem einzelnen Personen zuweisen und mit Beschreibungen, Checklisten, Anh\u00e4ngen oder F\u00e4lligkeitsdaten erg\u00e4nzen. Eine Kommentarfunktion erm\u00f6glicht den direkten Austausch zu einer Aufgabe, ohne auf andere Kommunikationswege ausweichen zu m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zur besseren Organisation k\u00f6nnen Aufgaben zudem mit Labels kategorisiert werden und die Einrichtung einer Vorlage unterst\u00fctzt bei wiederkehrenden Aufgaben.
