Ob Workshops zu spezifischen Themen, das Zertifikatsprogramm, pers\u00f6nliche Beratung oder kollegiale Formate \u2013 das Angebot ist vielf\u00e4ltig und offen f\u00fcr alle Lehrenden.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zertifikatsprogramm \u201eHochschuldidaktische Qualifizierung\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Universit\u00e4t Bremen bietet in Kooperation mit den Universit\u00e4ten Oldenburg, Osnabr\u00fcck und dem Kompetenzzentrum Hochschuldidaktik Niedersachsen (KHN) ein modular aufgebautes Zertifikatsprogramm zur hochschuldidaktischen Qualifizierung an. Die Inhalte orientieren sich an den Zielen des&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-bremen.de\/studium\/lehre-studium\/leitbild\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Leitbilds Lehre der Uni Bremen<\/a>&nbsp;und sind durch die Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Hochschuldidaktik (dghd) akkreditiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Das Programm umfasst insgesamt drei Module:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grundlagen des Lehrens und Lernens an der Hochschule mit 56 AE (Arbeitseinheiten)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lehre als Lernf\u00f6rderung und Lernbegleitung mit 56 AE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profilbildung in Lehre und Hochschulentwicklung mit 88 AE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Einstieg ist in jedem Semester m\u00f6glich. W\u00e4hrend die Module 1 und 2 obligatorisch sind, k\u00f6nnen die Teilnehmenden in Modul 3 zwischen unterschiedlichen Themen ausw\u00e4hlen. Abgeschlossen wird das Programm mit der verpflichtenden Veranstaltung \u201eTransfer und Reflexion\u201c, bei der die Teilnehmenden die entwickelten Lehrkompetenzen anwenden und eine eigene Lehrveranstaltung weiterentwickeln. Ob es um die gezielte Reflexion eines Lehrprojekts, um Beratung f\u00fcr die Lehrinnovationen (z.B. im Rahmen von F\u00f6rderausschreibungen der \u201eStiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre\u201c), um methodische Herausforderungen oder die Weiterentwicklung von Veranstaltungs- und Pr\u00fcfungsformaten geht \u2013 Sie erhalten passgenaue Unterst\u00fctzung. Die Beratung steht allen Lehrenden offen. Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter*innen, Lektor*innen, (Senior) Lecturer und (Senior) Researcher sind ebenso herzlich willkommen wie Juniorprofessor*innen und erfahrene Hochschullehrer*innen. Wie k\u00f6nnen Sie Ihre Veranstaltung sinnvoll evaluieren?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Teaching Analysis Poll (TAP) ist ein bew\u00e4hrtes qualitatives Verfahren zur Zwischenevaluation von Lehrveranstaltungen. Auf Einladung durch die Lehrperson erheben wir in der Semestermitte in einer moderierten Gruppendiskussion mit Ihren Studierenden \u2013 ohne Ihre Anwesenheit \u2013 f\u00f6rderliche und hinderliche Aspekte des Lernens in der jeweiligen Lehrveranstaltung. Ziel ist es, konkrete Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Lehre zu gewinnen. Dieses Angebot bieten wir gemeinsam mit der Studierwerkstatt und dem Projekt SKILL-UB an. Die TAP nimmt ca. 30 Minuten Ihrer Lehrveranstaltung in Anspruch, anschlie\u00dfend codieren und besprechen wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam die Ergebnisse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.uni-bremen.de\/studium\/lehre-studium\/hochschuldidaktik\/teaching-analysis-poll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zur Information und Anmeldung<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modulwerkstatt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4ufig betreffen Ver\u00e4nderungen nicht nur einzelne Lehrveranstaltungen, sondern ganze Module. Der Bedarf ergibt sich beispielsweise durch ver\u00e4nderte Anforderungen an Digitalit\u00e4t, durch die Nutzung von generativer KI, durch den Wunsch nach st\u00e4rkerer Handlungsorientierung oder durch die Ver\u00e4nderung von Pr\u00fcfungsformen. Mit der Modulwerkstatt unterst\u00fctzen wir Sie und Ihre Kolleg*innen durch Lehrberatung und Prozessbegleitung. Lehrende der Universit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen sich in Stud.IP in die <em>Community f\u00fcr Lehre<\/em> eintragen. Der Tag der Lehre findet im Herbst statt. In den Fachbereichen wird der Tag zum Austausch \u00fcber die Qualit\u00e4t der Lehre genutzt.
