Speaker: Dr. Magdalena Zadkowska and Dr. Natasza Kosakowska-Berezecka, University of Gdansk, Poland<\/p>\n

How to be effective team member? How to manage various teams effectively so we achieve our top performance? How to deal with conflicts in teams? If one is a team member or leader of a group. Diversity can be a result of gender, age and cultural diversity etc. Nevertheless, there are certain conditions that allow team members to work together in a synergy and achieve top performance. During our workshop we will discuss your teamwork and teamwork with each other.<\/p>\n

The themes discussed during workshop can be used within:<\/p>\n
