SCPs are set as an open-to-join multiple-party agreements; functionally it is an initiative initially hosted by PC academic partners on a recurrent basis, with focal points providing management and organisational support, calling meetings and supporting organisation of SCPs training events, national seminars, conferences, exhibitions (c.a. 3-4 years after the end of the project; the operational costs will be covered by hosting partners, and from revenues coming from memberships (the option to be explored), exhibition and conference fees.
