Geringe literale F\u00e4higkeiten stellen die betroffenen Erwachsene im beruflichen sowie privaten Kontext vor erhebliche\u00a0 Herausforderungen. Um sowohl Lehrkr\u00e4ften als auch Lernenden digitale Lehr-Lernangebote bieten zu k\u00f6nnen, die ansprechend und einfach zu handhaben sind, wurde lea.online <span>(Literalit\u00e4tsentwicklung von Arbeitskr\u00e4ften Online)<\/span> entwickelt.<span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>lea.online wurde als interdisziplin\u00e4res und hochschul\u00fcbergreifendes <\/span>Entwicklungsprojekt<span>\u00a0durchgef\u00fchrt, das an vorangegangene Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte ankn\u00fcpft. Das Projekt wurde vom Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Bildung und Forschung\u00a0<\/span><strong>(BMBF)<\/strong><span> gef\u00f6rdert und lief von 2018 bis 2022. Alle Softwarel\u00f6sungen sind als Open Source auf GitHub unter einer APGL 3.0 Lizenz ver\u00f6ffentlicht (<a Literalit\u00e4t<\/strong> als auch Arbeitnehmer:innen mit Grundbildungsbedarf f\u00fcr ihren zuk\u00fcnftigen (beruflichen) Weg zu<strong> st\u00e4rken<\/strong>, Teilhabechancen zu verbessern und der Schul- und Weiterbildung ein <strong>niedrigschwelliges<\/strong> Instrument bereitzustellen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Der <strong>Berufsfeldbezug<\/strong> speist sich aus dem niedrigschwelligen Sektor, d. h. es werden T\u00e4tigkeiten einbezogen, die ohne oder mit einem niedrigen Bildungsabschluss ausgef\u00fchrt werden k\u00f6nnen und bei denen der Bedarf an <strong>literalen Grundkompetenzen<\/strong> dementsprechend gegeben ist. Die Lern- und Diagnose-aufgaben wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Praxis um berufsfeldbezogene Aufgaben erg\u00e4nzt.
