Nicht nur sehr meditativ, sondern auch als individuelle Geschenkidee, wenn ihr wegen des Lockdowns nichts in der Stadt besorgen k\u00f6nnt, bietet sich Sticken an, um eure Liebsten mit selbstgemachten Motiven zu \u00fcberraschen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Das braucht ihr:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Stickrahmen<\/li>\n<li>Stick-Garn<\/li>\n<li>Nadel mit Nadel\u00f6hr<\/li>\n<li>Schere<\/li>\n<li>Stoff zum besticken, am besten ohne oder mit wenig Stretch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Grunds\u00e4tzlich gibt es beim Sticken viele verschiedene Stiche, die je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und F\u00fclle eures Motivs geeignet sind. In diesem Artikel m\u00f6chte ich euch erst einmal drei Grundlegende vorstellen. Zu Beginn des Stickens spannt ihr den Stoff als erstes zwischen den Rahmen. Wenn ihr einen passenden Garn ausgew\u00e4hlt habt und diesen durch das Nadel\u00f6hr gef\u00e4delt habt, so macht ihr an dessen Ende einen Knoten, damit der Faden nicht beim durchf\u00e4deln der Nadel einfach wieder aus dem Stoff gleitet.<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Der R\u00fcckstich:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dieser Stich ist besonders f\u00fcr einfache Linien geeignet, also f\u00fcr die Umrisse eines Motives, einen Blumenstiel oder f\u00fcr Schriftz\u00fcge. Er ist sozusagen der Grundstich um das Sticken zu lernen. Wenn ihr ein Motiv sticken wollt, so hilft es oft, dies vorher aufzuzeichnen (zum Beispiel wenn ihr wollt, dass eure Linie etwas gerader wird als meine). Abh\u00e4ngig von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe eures Motivs w\u00e4hlt ihr dann auch den Abstand zwischen den einzelnen R\u00fcckstichen aus. Um mit dem R\u00fcckstich zu beginnen, steckt ihr eure Nadel nicht zu Beginn des Motives, sondern eine Stich-Einheit weiter vorne in den Stoff. Ihr zieht den ganzen Faden durch und stecht dann mit der Nadel diese Einheit, welche ihr weiter vorne im Motiv begonnen hat, weiter hinten am Anfang des Motivs wieder ein. So k\u00f6nnt ihr zum Beispiel Bl\u00fctenstempel damit anfertigen. Um dies zu tun, stecht ihr die Nadel wieder von unten nach oben durch den Stoff und zieht den Faden bis der innere Knoten anschl\u00e4gt nach oben. Dann wickelt ihr den Faden drei mal um die Nadel und stecht sie direkt neben dem Einstich wieder zur\u00fcck nach Innen. Ihr stecht die Nadel von unten nach oben durch den Stoff und \u00e4hnlich wie beim Knotenstich neben dem Einstich wieder zur\u00fcck nach innen. Diesmal zieht ihr den Faden aber nicht straff sondern lasst oben eine lockere Schlaufe liegen. Um die Schlaufe nun zu fixieren stecht ihr mit etwas Abstand (quasi eine Schlaufen-L\u00e4nge vom Einstich entfernt) wieder von Innen nach Au\u00dfen und f\u00e4delt euren Faden durch die Schlaufe. Nun stecht ihr auf der Au\u00dfenseite der Schlaufe neben eurem neuen Einstichsloch wieder zur\u00fcck auf die Innenseite eures Stoffes. Tada, fertig ist das erste Bl\u00fctenblatt. Wenn ihr dies nun Kreisf\u00f6rmig wiederholt und immer am selben Ausgangspunkt startet, erhaltet ihr eine ganze Bl\u00fcte.
