Dabei kommt einem vieles wie selbstverst\u00e4ndlich und ganz nat\u00fcrlich vor. In diesem Video werfen wir einen Blick hinter die Kulissen der Mensa auf dem Campus der Uni Bremen und zeigen, welchen Weg das Essen nimmt, bis es auf unsere Teller kommt. Wir zeigen, wer daf\u00fcr sorgt, dass wir jeden Tag eine warme Malzeit auf dem Campus essen k\u00f6nnen und kl\u00e4ren ein f\u00fcr alle mal die Frage, aus welchem Grund man das Besteck immer gleich auf dem Tablett anordnen soll.
