Neben theoretischem Wissen erh\u00e4ltst Du in diesem Kurs auch immer wieder die M\u00f6glichkeit, gelerntes durch kleine \u00dcbungs- und Reflexionsaufgaben zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-weight: normal;font-size: large\">Der Cycle besteht aus insgesamt zwei Sitzungen, die jeweils f\u00fcr 90 Minuten angelegt sind.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Montserrat;font-weight: normal;font-size: large\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;font-family: Montserrat;font-weight: normal\">Um mit dem Cycle zu starten, w\u00e4hle einfach oben im Reiter die entsprechende Sitzung aus.
