{"id":167,"date":"2019-08-27T10:51:32","date_gmt":"2019-08-27T08:51:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/effectvpl\/?p=167"},"modified":"2019-09-24T10:58:07","modified_gmt":"2019-09-24T08:58:07","slug":"2nd-partner-meeting","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/effectvpl\/2nd-partner-meeting\/","title":{"rendered":"2nd Transnational Partner Meeting in Bremen, 24-25 August 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\"> In August 2017, we met in Bremen for our 2<\/span><sup><span lang=\"en-US\">nd<\/span><\/sup><span lang=\"en-US\"> transnational project meetin<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">g. <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Here, we up-dated each other regarding our project activities and continued working on our intellectual outputs.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"en-US\">We especially put an emphasis on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/effectvpl\/products\/product-2\/\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><i>Manual I: VPL \u2013 Benefits for the Individual<\/i><\/span><\/a><span lang=\"en-US\"> and developed a <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">co<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ncept how the Manual should lo<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ok like in the end. We furthermore defined a target group and as well a strategy to reach the target group. This Manual addresses VPL institutions and practitioners focusing on the effectiveness of VPL procedures<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> in terms of benefits for the individual. These benefits are, e.g. enhanced labour <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">market mobility and access to further educat<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ion and training pathways. We discussed how to approach individuals that would be ready to do an interview.
