Die Gleichstellungsbem\u00fchungen in Deutschland haben wichtige Meilensteine erreicht. Dennoch haben auch sie mit sexistischen Strukturen und antifeministischen Bewegungen zu k\u00e4mpfen. Im Gender Inequality Index (GII) belegt Deutschland den 9. Platz von 191 L\u00e4ndern (UNDP 2023: 35).<\/p>\n<p>Frauen* in Deutschland sind \u00fcberproportional gut ausgebildet, wobei mehr als 50 Prozent der Hochschulabsolvent:innen weiblich sind (DESTATIS et al. 2021: 116). In der deutschen Wirtschaft spielen Frauen* eine wichtige Rolle, mit der dritth\u00f6chsten Erwerbst\u00e4tigenquote unter den EU-L\u00e4ndern (EUROSTAT 2020). \u00dcber 60% Prozent der Frauen* im Alter von 20 bis 59 Jahren sind berufst\u00e4tig, zwischen 40 und 54 sind es sogar \u00fcber 80% (DESTATIS 2022: 155). Trotzdem besteht der Gender Pay Gap weiterhin und betr\u00e4gt 2023 noch 18% (DESTATIS 2024).<\/p>\n<p>Die #MeToo-Debatte von 2017 hat auch in Deutschland dazu beigetragen, Sexismus und Gewalt gegen FLINTA* verst\u00e4rkt in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zu thematisieren. Immer noch erlebt jede dritte Frau* mindestens einmal in ihrem Leben k\u00f6rperliche und\/oder sexuelle Gewalt (FRA 2014: 17). Doch nicht nur das, jeden Tag versucht ein Mann eine Frau* zu t\u00f6ten, jeden Dritten gelingt es ihm (Schr\u00f6ttle\/Arnis 2023).<\/p>\n<p>Eine 2019 durchgef\u00fchrte Umfrage zu den gr\u00f6\u00dften Problemen von Frauen* in Deutschland zeigt, dass gleiches Gehalt, sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung und sexuelle Gewalt als zentrale Herausforderungen wahrgenommen werden (Ipsos 2019: 23). Trotz dieser Anliegen erlebt der Feminismus in Deutschland einen Anstieg von Antifeminismus. Laut der Leipziger Autoritarismus-Studie haben bereits jeder dritte Mann und jede f\u00fcnfte Frau* ein antifeministisches Weltbild.\u00a0 (Kalkstein et al. 2022: 253).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_heading et_pb_heading_2 et_pb_bg_layout_\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_heading_container\"><h1 class=\"et_pb_module_heading\">Die Rolle der Daten<\/h1><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_1  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Courier Prime;font-weight: normal;color: #ffffff\">In Deutschland spiegelt sich die Reproduktion sexistischer Strukturen und Einstellungen in erheblichem Ma\u00dfe in der Datenerfassung und -nutzung wider. Auch wenn in Deutschland fast jeder Aspekt unseres Lebens quantifiziert wird, ist d<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Courier Prime;font-weight: normal;color: #ffffff\">ie Datenerhebung selbst h\u00e4ufig von geschlechtsspezifischen Verzerrungen betroffen, da bestimmte Bereiche und Erfahrungen von FLINTA* nicht ausreichend repr\u00e4sentiert werden. In vielen Studien und Statistiken finden sich L\u00fccken, die dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Realit\u00e4t von FLINTA* nicht angemessen abgebildet wird (humanrights.ch 2021, Schraudner\/B\u00fchrer 2006). Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch, dass sogar in einem solch privilegierten Land wie Deutschland Trans* Menschen, A-Gender und Nichtbin\u00e4re quasi nicht durch die Daten repr\u00e4sentiert werden, da sie oft nicht in die vorgefertigten Kategorien passen, in denen gemessen wird (Ruberg\/Ruelos 2020). So k\u00f6nnen dringende Bed\u00fcrfnisse nicht mehr wahrgenommen werden, da geschlechtsspezifische Probleme so nicht mehr richtig wahrgenommen werden. Daf\u00fcr generieren sie selbst Statistiken und ver\u00f6ffentlichen jedes Mal, wenn sie von einem Femizid in den Medien h\u00f6ren, ein Bild auf Instagram. Sie haben dabei nat\u00fcrlich keinen Anspruch auf Vollst\u00e4ndigkeit, da die Dunkelziffer wahrscheinlich viel gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein wird.
