She regularly acknowledges (<span class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"\u201cShe then goes on talking about another aspect that came up during the presentation, adding a \u2018like you said\u2019 to her remarks.\u201d\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2015\/11\/19\/class-1-tutorial-23112015\/\" target=\"_blank\">Class 1: Tutorial 29\/10\/2015<\/a><\/span>) and praises the work they have done (e.g. <span class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"\u201cShe praises the presenter\u00b4s definition of reconciliation and then picks up a quote from the slides.\u201d\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2015\/11\/19\/class-1-tutorial-23112015\/\" target=\"_blank\">Class 1: Tutorial 29\/10\/2015<\/a><\/span>) and finds herself in a dilemma &#8220;if they&#8217;re presenting the wrong information&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2016\/02\/28\/interview-with-l2\/\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>(<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2016\/02\/28\/interview-with-l2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Interview with L2<\/a>). Instead of shaming them by saying that they are wrong, she tries to stop them nicely and make them understand (<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2016\/02\/28\/interview-with-l2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Interview with L2<\/a>). When a student has problems holding her presentation, she &#8220;tries to reassure her&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2015\/11\/19\/class-1-tutorial-03092015\/\" target=\"_blank\">Class 1: Tutorial 03\/09\/2015<\/a>) and support her (e.g. <span class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"\u201cTherefore, she stands next to the presenter and helps her change the slides&quot;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2015\/11\/19\/class-1-tutorial-03092015\/\" target=\"_blank\">Class 1: Tutorial 03\/09\/2015<\/a><\/span>). She also uses positive language and turns mistakes into something positive by saying &#8220;I also have learning experiences&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2015\/11\/19\/class-1-tutorial-23112015\/\" target=\"_blank\">Class 1: Tutorial 29\/10\/2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>In addition to creating a mentally positive learning environment, L2 and L3 both also stress the importance of an enjoyable physical environment. Thus, they would both prefer learning outside (<span class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"\u201cyou know ideally you\u00b4d be sitting outside in the shade in a circle\u201d\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2016\/02\/28\/interview-with-l2\/\" target=\"_blank\">Interview with L2<\/a><\/span> &amp; <span class=\"tooltips \" style=\"\" title=\"\u201cSometimes, you know, even walking out of the classroom and just doing something outside is a nice change to engage an audience.\u201d\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uni-bremen.de\/aboriginalstudiesclasses\/2016\/03\/06\/interview-with-l3\/\" target=\"_blank\">Interview with L3<\/a><\/span>). S2\u00a0praises the atmosphere of the Institute as a place when saying:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI think you walk in there and it really is a cultural place and you could pretty much approach anybody and that would be ok. And the way they have barbecues and the way they have all that free food that you and I are too afraid to go down (from upstairs). Cause that\u2019s so different.
